The hit psychological thriller The Invisible Man, headlined by Elisabeth Moss, hits Blu-ray, 4K UHD, and DVD on May 26 via Universal Pictures Home Entertainment. Directed and penned by Leigh Whannell, the feature hits Digital on May 12.

Following the death of her abusive ex-boyfriend Adrian (Oliver Jackson-Cohen), Cecilia Kass (Elisabeth Moss) attempts to rebuild her life by temporarily staying with her good friend (and police detective) James (Aldis Hodge). Cecilia, however, is convinced that Adrian is still alive and terrorizing her (as, for lack of a better word, an invisible man).

Storm Reid (A Wrinkle In Time) co-stars as James’ loving daughter Sydney, with Harriet Dyer playing Cecilia’s understandably concerned sister Emily. The feature made over $122 million at the box office.

Extras include:
  1. Deleted scenes
  2. “Moss Manifested” – Elisabeth Moss talks about the physical and emotional challenges of playing her character.
  3. “Director’s Journey with Leigh Whannell” – Director Leigh Whannell takes viewers on a journey through the film’s principal photography (Day 1 to Day 40).
  4. “The Players” – Filmmakers and the cast give an analysis on how they react to the unseen antagonist in The Invisible Man.
  5. “Timeless Terror” – A behind the scenes look at how writer/director Leigh Whannell re-imaged the iconic story via modern technology and today’s social climate.
  6. Audio commentary from writer/director Leigh Whannell.

Are you a fan of The Invisible Man and are you excited for its May release? I absolutely love this film (Whannell’s previous feature Upgrade was also a blast). Hopefully I’ll be conducting a Blu-ray or Digital giveaway with this release (my latest giveaway, which features 5 Digital codes for Underwater, ends 4/13/20). Feel free to comment below!
