Ant-Man Debuts On ‘Marvel Contest of Champions’ Update

With over 40 million downloads since its December 2014 release, the mobile title Marvel Contest of Champions continues its momentum by adding Ant-Man on its latest game update. The timing is perfect, thanks to Ant-Man’s theatrical release on July 17.

Ant-Man isn’t the only Marvel character to enter the game, as Yellowjacket, Elektra, and War Machine will be part of the new content in the coming weeks.

“Kabam continues to update Marvel Contest of Champions to new and exciting places,” said Cuz Parry, Creative Director for Kabam’s Vancouver Studio. “The Ant-Man update was created for our loyal fans who love the Marvel Cinematic Universe and in anticipation of Marvel’s Ant-Man feature film coming later this month.”

In the update, Ant-Man has discovered odd occurrences within the microscopic universe of Battlerealm, as Adaptoids are carrying fragments of ISO-8 to a mysterious location. Gamers are tasked with unraveling the mystery of Battleream with the addition of the “Ant-Man Event Quests.”
