Jay Leno’s lifelong passion for cars is front and center with the new series Jay Leno’s Garage. The former Tonight Show host travels the world documenting some of the world’s most interesting automobiles and interviewing the people who surround this ever expansive car culture.
Thanks to his storied run on The Tonight Show, Leno has interviewed his share of A-list celebrities and eccentric guests while entertaining millions of the program’s loyal viewers. While promoting Jay Leno’s Garage at the NBC/Universal TCA press tour, Leno recounted his passion for taking part in USO tours and said that one of his finest moments in entertainment came during a performance in Kuwait during Operation Desert Storm.
“It’s fun to do the USO shows,” said Leno. “Those kind of things are great fun.”
