The new sitcom Truth Be Told centers on best friends Mitch (Mark-Paul Gosselaar) and Russell (Tone Bell) and their respective wives Tracy (Vanessa Lachey) and Angie (Bresha Webb). The couples are next door neighbors who don’t hold back when it comes to discussing and debating over various subjects. Politics, race, sex, and relationships are all fair game for this foursome, as series creator DJ Nash wants to push the comedic envelope with the freshman show.
The bar has been set by Night 1 of The Voice Battle Rounds, with several of the coaches’ steals already being dished out, making the decisions that much harder for the remaining contestants. Tim Kring’s beloved Heroes universe can currently be seen Thursday nights on NBC with Heroes Reborn and now mobile and tablet gamers can also play the just released Heroes Reborn: Enigma by downloading the app on Apple Store and Google Play.  Kring’s Imperative Entertainment and Phosphor Games teamed up for the new title.
Undateable’s third season begins tonight (NBC, 8 pm et) and though many shows would attempt to coast on their popularity or continue a tried and true formula, the show is headed off in a more creatively daring direction. Each show is live, and though one would assume all of the actors are ready for the challenge, mistakes are bound to happen. However, cast member Bianca Kajlich explains why this isn’t such a bad thing.
Now playing in select theaters, Hell and Back is an R-rated animated feature about three friends (voiced by Rob Riggle, Nick Swardson and T.J. Miller) who have an understandably nightmarish journey into hell. Bob Odenkirk serves as the voice of the Devil in the feature, which was developed by the makers of Robot Chicken and Bojack Horseman.
British rocker Billy Idol is the latest music artist to join the benefit concert for Rhonda’s Kiss, a foundation that raises money for cancer patients who can’t afford treatment. The event take place Tuesday, November 3 at The El Rey Theatre in Los Angeles.
