My main complaint with the absolute influx of streaming services is that there is an abundance of content out there, and it can be hard to dig through the cinematic junk to find that must see flick. If you’re a mystery/thriller enthusiast, The Clovehitch Killer, headlined by Charlie Plummer (Lean on Pete) and Dylan McDermott (American Horror Story), should be added to your list.

Widows, directed by Steve McQueen and headlined by Viola Davis, is Anderson Cowan’s most anticipated film of this year, so obviously that’s ther lead of our title. But wait, there’s more! I absolutely loved The Clovehitch Killer and this episode features a bit of insight into Anderson’s screenwriting process and his love for the David Lynch flick Wild at Heart!!
I’m a fan of film noirs and short running times, so I’m more than happy to report that: A. Hospitality is only 80 minutes and B. It stars Entourage’s Emmanuelle Chriqui! I’m sold, but there are other reasons why I’m giving this film a shot . . .
