Pink Floyd mastermind Roger Waters is bringing his ambitious, soundscape driven narrative Roger Waters The Wall to cinemas for one night only. On Tuesday, September 29, fans across the globe will see a movie that brings the concert experience of the classic 1979 Pink Floyd album.

The movie, directed by Waters and Sean Evans, also covers Waters’ coming to terms with his father’s death in World War II. The event will also feature an in-depth conversation between Waters and Nick Masonwhich includes the answering of questions sent in by fans of Waters’ prodigious work.

U.S. tickets for “Roger Waters The Wall” is available at participating theaters and at www.FathomEvents.com. Over 300 U.S. theaters will screen the film through Fathom’s Digital Broadcast Network, and for a list of the locations, please go to the official Fathom Events site.

The concert section of the movie, shot in 4K and mixed in Dolby Atmos during Waters’ The Wall Live tour, was seen by over 1.5 million fans in North America, 1 million fans throughout Latin and Central America, and 1 million fans in Europe.
 “I hope these worldwide screenings this coming September 29 will be a good opportunity to remember, not just our fallen loved ones, but all the other guys’ fallen loved ones,” said Waters.  “Ashes and diamonds, foe and friend, we were all equal in the end.”
