Although Focus’ narrative has its share of sleight of hand tactics, its seductive allure isn’t just all about flash: the story originates from the minds of Crazy, Stupid, Love writer-directors Glenn Ficarra and John Requa.
During the Focus press conference, Will Smith admitted that during his childhood he was a bit of a jokester:
