Directed by Timur Bekmambetov (Wanted, Ben-Hur), Mercy focuses on a detective’s (Chris Pratt) efforts to prove he did not kill his wife. An A.I. judge (Rebecca Ferguson) detetrmines whether this lawman will be executed or set free, and he has just 90 minutes to plead his case! Check out the second trailer below!

If you are craving an immersive theatrical experience, Mercy will be shown in 3D. Director Timur Bekmambetov, as evidenced by Wanted and Ben-Hur, knows how to craft an eye-catching movie at scale, so I definitely have high hopes for Mercy.

The ensemble cast includes Kali Reis (as the Detective’s partner), Annabelle Wallis, Chris Sullivan and Kylie Rogers. Rated PG-13, the feature hits theaters January 23, 2026.
