Denzel Washington is one of Hollywood’s biggest stars, and his go-to status continues with $35 million opening of The EqualizerComing in second was The Maze Runner, which took in $17.5 million, followed by a solid third place opening from the stop motion animated flick The Boxtrolls. Here’s the top 10:
