Josh Altman Talks “It’s Your Move” & 24/7 Work Ethic

Though Josh Altman may be known as a TV celebrity thanks to Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing Los Angeleshis main passion is real estate (He’s ranked #18 in the U.S. by The Wall Street Journal thanks to accrued sales of close to a billion and a half dollars). During our interview with Altman, he talked about the keys to success and also discussed his upcoming book”It’s Your Move: My Million Dollar Method for Taking Risks with Confidence and Succeeding at Work and Life.”

As part of The Altman Brothers team, Josh Altman is a natural public speaker who,  while enjoying the benefits of working and collaborating with a West Los Angeles based clientele, knows the true benefits of customer service and hard work:

“Our keys to success are a few things. One is communication in real estate in general is super important. And something we pride ourselves on is being in touch with our clients every 48 hours, even if (we) don’t have a showing. This is the thing that people forget about – you’re dealing with people’s biggest investments of their life. We really are 24/7 to a point where, of course we sleep, but we make ourselves available all the time. We are working all the time.”

In the video below, Josh Altman talks about his new book “It’s Your Move: My Million Dollar Method for Taking Risks with Confidence and Succeeding at Work and Life and also mentions a chance (and successful) encounter with filmmaker Tyler Perry:

A new episode of Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles airs on Wednesday, September 23 on Bravo (9/8c).

It’s Your Move: My Million Dollar Method for Taking Risks with Confidence and Succeeding at Work and Life
is set for a September 29, 2015 release.
