Antonio Banderas And Mojean Aria Shine In Tightly Wound Thriller ‘The Enforcer’
Throw in Antonio Banderas into a B-level movie (Bullet Head, Black Butterfly, Security) and it’s an automatic upscale for me. I love my fair share of these genre driven material, and the good news is The Enforcer delivers the goods. Co-star Mojean Aria leaves an indelible mark on this narrative as well, and this tight as a drum thriller should be on your radar.
Caitlin Bassett Is One Of The “Secret Weapons” Behind ‘Quantum Leap’

Quantum Leap premieres tonight on NBC (10/9c), and for showrunner Martin Gero an ace in the show’s sleeve is none other than actress Caitlin Bassett. “Caitlin really is one of our secret weapons, and it’s a secret because she’s literally never been seen before and it’s, like, so exciting for us,” said Gero. Raymond Lee Loves ‘Quantum Leap’: “It’s The Roles of a Lifetime”

The original Quantum Leap ran from 1989 to 1993, and over the years it has garnered a loyal legon of fans. Although Scott Bakula confirmed he is not involved with this reboot, Quantum Leap is back with a new storyline and actor (Raymond Lee) headlining the series. Although the reboot aims to have a singular identity, Lee expressed his character (physicist Ben Song) has a “connection” with Dr. Sam Beckett (Bakula).
Indie Feature ‘Match’ Premieres At DTLA Film Festival
Match, an indie film headlined by Austin Nichols (John from Cincinnati, Ray Donovan) and Ahna O’Reilly (The Help, Where the Crawdads Sing), has its world premiere September 17 at the DTLA Film Festival. The movie was shot in just 5 days in September 2020.
DVD Review: ‘Murder At Yellowstone City’ (Thomas Jane, Gabriel Byrne)
Westerns is my favorite genre (along with film noirs), and I’m happy to report that Murder at Yellowstone City is worth a watch. The DVD is also worth a purchase due to a couple of worthwhile special features. Check out my DVD review of Murder at Yellowstone City below!
