Leonardo DiCaprio, Brad Pitt, director Quentin Tarantino and company attended the Cannes Film Festival to promote Once Upon a Time … in Hollywood. Coupled with a new trailer, it was definitely a big splash for the highly anticipated feature.

The Aladdin remake has one major update that I won’t spoil concerning Jasmine (for details, check out this Yahoo! article), but one of the extra additions is the new Alan Menken song “Speechless.” Naomi Scott (Power Rangers), who stars as Jasmine, talked about performing the song and what made it a unique experience.

Keanu Reeves received his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame back in 2005, and yesterday he sunk his hands and feet in fresh cement at the TCL Chinese Theatre. Reeves’ co-stars Laurence Fishburne (The Matrix) and Halle Berry (John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum) were in attendance.
Whether it’s her scene stealing work in Justified or as part of the comedic family of Last Man Standing, Kaitlyn Dever has shown she has considerable talent. Dever aims to continue her first rate resume with Booksmart, a highly praised comedy directed by first time feature filmmaker Olivia Wilde. For Dever, the Booksmartscript was absolutely “honest and real on the page.”

Peel is a coming of age drama about an adult (Emile Hirsch) with arrested development. Such a plot could make for an innocuous and forgettable feature, but director Rafael Monserrate aims for a much deeper experience and absolutely delivers on that subtle promise.

Henry Lau’s music career includes being a member of the K-Pop group Super Junior-M as well as carving out a successful solo career. A Dog’s Journey marks Lau’s Hollywood debut, and it was his acting that landed him the role of Trent.
