James Marsden & Billy Bob Thornton Step ‘Into The Grizzly Maze’

Into The Grizzly Maze an action-thriller that boasts an all-star cast (Thomas Jane, Billy Bob ThorntonCovert Affairs’ Piper Perabo, James Marsden) heads to DVD on August 4 via Sony Pictures Home Entertainment.

A grizzly bear (Bart the Bear) is on the loose in the Alaskan wild, and by the looks of James Marsden’s (X-Men, Superman Returns) pained face on the DVD cover, this animal is bound to wreak a bit of havoc.

The narrative centers on a sheriff (Jane) who teams up with his estranged brother (Marsden) and tracker (Thornton) to hunt down the killer bear. Perabo plays the lawman’s ecologist wife

The picture is directed by Saw V filmmaker David Hackl, who has also worked in the film industry as a production designer. The script was penned by Jack Reher (from his story) and Guy Moshe, who’s best known as the writer/director of the 2010 Josh Hartnett headlined feature Bunraku.

The R-rated film runs 86 minutes.
