Directed by John Suits and headlined by Mackenzie Foy, The Isolate Thief hits Digital for rental and purchase starting August 4th from Radial Entertainment. It’s a first rate and tension filled Western that, in my opinion, is worth more than one viewing. For details on the movie, courtesy from Foy, check out our post below!

‘The Isolate Thief’ Features Mackenzie Foy In A Gritty Western
Set during The Civil War, The Isolate Thief centers on a young woman (Mackenzie Foy) who oversees a remote Union Army outpost. Sean Bean is the leader of a group of outlaws who are looking for a stash of stolen gold. Whether she wants that treasure for herself is another story, as most of the tale has her trying to outwit these men and live to tell about it. Odeya Rush co-stars as a woman whose connection to these bandits are initially unclear.

Rounding out the ensemble are Joe Pantoliano, Jack Kesy, Martin Sensmeier, and Ty Simpkins. Kevin Lefler penned the screenplay. Currently the movie has a 73% rating on Rotten Tomatoes.
A Lot of “Firsts” For Mackenize Foy With ‘The Isolate Thief’
”It was definitely unique, and I think the way that Kevin wrote it, it was just incredibly clever and interesting,” said Foy during our interview. “And you didn’t know what was gonna happen. You’re just glued to the page the whole time. It’s a Western, but it has a different feel. It’s very interesting.”
The Isolate Thief also challenged Mackenzie Foy on a physical level. ”There’s definitely a lot of stunts in this, especially for me,” said Foy. “It’s the most I’ve ever done. I really enjoy doing that kind of stuff. But yeah, it was very cold. We were in Arkansas. It was, like, 20 degrees, so I’m just outside laying on the ground covered in blood and it’s just so cold. But it was so much fun. Lots of firsts for me in (The Isolate Thief).”

High Marks From The CinemAddicts Podcast
Both Eric Holmes and I love The Isolate Thief. I gave the movie ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ / 5 stars and Holmes went slightly higher with ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.5 / 5 stars. It’s a tightly wound Western that never lets up, and that ending is sure to garner a plethora of different interpretations! Check out our full review:
