The new documentary “God Bless Bitcoin” from filmmakers Kelly and Brian Estes premieres at the Bitcoin Conference on Nashville (July 25-27). Most folks won’t be at the convention, but the good news is the documentary will be available for free on GodBlessBitcoin.com starting July 25. If you want to learn and gain valulable insights on Bitcoin (not financial advice!), check out the documentary as well as my interview with Kelly and Brian Estes!

Bitcoin enthusiasts/supporters Michael Saylor, Mark Cuban, Robert Kiyosaki, Hailey Lennon, and Cathie Wood are just a few of the people interviewed in the 89 minute documentary.

“We realized the people who need to see it the most are the people who don’t have ten dollars of disposable income to watch a documentary,” said Kelly Estes. “So let’s take the friction of the cost out and let’s put it out there and see if people can learn something and open their eyes to what is going on with our finances and their money as well.”

Bitcoin is desribed a “store of value” and some investors may own bitcoin to one day turn a substantial profit. For Brian Estes, bitcoin could have a dramatic impact on our financial system moving forward.

“For 3500 years, we as humans have used gold and silver as money and then in 1971 President Nixon took the U.S. off the gold standard and then all the other countries have followed after that. We’ve been running an experiment for 53 years and that experiment is failing. When it completely fails, we will opt back in to a hard money system and i don’t think we’re going back to gold. I think we’re going to the new version of gold which is bitcoin.”
