The latest Avengers: Age of Ultron trailer debuted yesterday, and since I’m usually a day late and a dollar short, I didn’t check it out until this morning.
Obviously the trailer is fantastic, and sheds light into the Scarlet Witch (Elizabeth Olsen) and Quicksilver (Aaron Taylor-Johnson) bond with Ultron (James Spader), as the trio’s collective powers (along with a countless number of Ultron clones) are out to decimate humanity and “earth’s mightiest heroes.”
During last year’s “Godzilla” interviews, Elizabeth Olsen talked about the challenges of taking on Scarlet Witch:
When the new trailer was released yesterday at 10:13 a.m., “Avengers: Age of Ultron” averaged 8100 tweets per minute with the #AvengersAssemble hashtag trending over seven countries that morning.
