Lady Gaga On Chasing One’s Dream: “It’s Not For The Faint of Heart”

A lot of folks went “gaga” over Olivia Colman’s (The Favourite) Best Actress Speech at the Oscars, and though she was great, Lady Gaga (A Star Is Born) also had a memorable moment accepting her Oscar for Best Song. Backstage audio is also included in our post!

During her acceptance speech, Lady Gaga talked about the importance of having discipline in following one’s passion, and to achieve that seemingly insurmountable goal takes hard work.

“It’s not about winning,” said Lady Gaga, who won for Best Original Song (“Shallow”) with co-writers Mark Ronson, Andrew Wyatt, and Anthony Rossomando. “What it’s about is not giving up. If you have a dream, fight for it.”
