“Forrest Gump” director (Robert Zemickis), writer (Eric Roth), and stars (Tom Hanks, Robin Wright) reunite for the upcoming Sony Pictures feature “Here.” The fifth film collaboration between Zemeckis and Hanks, “Here” hits theaters November 15.
I’m absolutely very late to the game to this fact, but there is one huge reason why I’ll be seeing “A Quiet Place: Day One” this weekend. First off, the final trailer was released earlier today, so please check it out. The big reason I’m seeing this movie is it was directed and penned by “Pig” filmmaker Michael Sarnoski!
IFC Films has acquired the North American rights to “Armand,” a feature that was the first ever Norwegian recipient of the Camera d’Or Award. Renate Reinsve stars in the feature which was written and directed by Halfdan Ullmann Tømde.
Harry Connick Jr. stars in “Find Me Falling” as John Allman, an aging rock star who moves to the Mediterranean island of Cyprus. Seeking a place to lay low and relax, John ultimately bumps into an old flame – and the rest is history! “Caligula,” starring Malcolm McDowell and Helen Mirren, is a cult classic and now the film should receive deeper appreciation with “Caligula: The Ultimate Cut.” The epic hits North American theaters August 16. A 4K UHD Blu-ray and Digital release is also around the corner.
