A second season of Botched has begun, as doctors Terry Dubrow and Paul Nassif utilize their skills to help patients who are in dire need of surgery. During a recent interview to talk about the show, Dubrow explains why when it comes to plastic surgeons, he and Nassif leave judgment out of the picture.

“We don’t really know exactly how or why, and even when we do know, we don’t judge,” said a rather candid Dubrow. “We are so focused on fixing these problems because they’re so scary for the patient and they’re incredibly scary for us. There is the real significant risk that we can make them worse.”
