Premiering August 23 on NBC (10 pm et/pt), Better Late Than Never has comedian Jeff Dye, actor William Shatner, former pugilist turned businessman George Foreman, and NFL legend and analyst Terry Bradshaw traveling all over Asia in search of new experiences. During our interview with Dye and Shatner, the pair explained why it’s much easier to travel light.
Thank you for reading this post, don't forget to subscribe!“If you can get a good night’s sleep and a decent cup of coffee somewhere, you can travel anywhere. I travel light. I haven’t checked in a piece of luggage in years.” – William Shatner
“I’m on tour all the time for stand-up comedy and I never check anything because it’s always a disaster. When you check in your luggage, it always comes back with bullet holes and graffiti on it – or they lose it. So I wear one pair of jeans over and over and I launder it as often as I can. And then I have two shirts that I rotate for shows (and) casual clothes for the day which are just a couple of t-shirts. No one has ever called me out on it – no one notices!” – Jeff Dye
In the video below, Shatner and Dye discuss their experiences in The Dhara Devi Chiang Mai in Thailand.
