The live action remake of The Lion King reunites Tim Rice and Elton John for the new song “Never Too Late.” Meanwhile the Oscar winning track “Can You Feel The Love Tonight” was re-recorded by the film’s voice cast (Beyoncé, Donald Glover, Billy Eichner, Seth Rogen).

“It’s kind of spooky,” said John at the premiere. “It’s weird. It’s fantastic. I never ever dreamt that The Lion King would be so successful in the first place. Of course it’s had a life of its own. A phenomenon. This remake has given it another boost and it’s quite extraordinary how this story keeps going on and on and on.”
