“Autumn and the Black Jaguar,” directed by Gilles de Maistre (“Mia and the White Lion”), centers on Hope (Lumi Pollack), a jaguar she befriended years ago in the Amazon rainforest. When she learns the jaguar’s life is in danger, she returns home to save her friend.
Autumn has been living in New York City for the past eight years, but that does not stop the 14-year-old for heading straight to the Amazon for a rescue mission. Joining Autumn on her quest is her biology teacher Anja (Emily Bett Rickards). Paul Green, Wayne Charles Baker, Kelly Hope Taylor, Lucrezia Pini, and Airam Camacho round out the ensemble.
