Real estate agents Justin Fichelson, Roh Habibi, and Andrew Greenwell give viewers a peek into their hectic lives, as demanding clients looking for the top properties usually translates to a highly pressurized situation.

“There’s 40,000 new jobs that have been created in San Francisco because of the tech industry,” says Habibi. “So all of these young people that are moving there with tons of money need places to live. So that drove up the rental market 35%. So a one-bedroom in San Francisco that’s 500 square feet – you’re paying over 3,000 to rent.”
But what about people who have enough money for a down payment and a sizable mortgage? Since the average buyer can go online and go house hunting on their own, what can these brokers realistically offer?
