Ridley Scott’s ‘Napoleon’ Hits Worldwide Theaters In November

Ridley Scott’s latest epic Napoleon hits theaters worldwide on November 22 before it streams globally on Apple TV+. This release is a partnership between Apple Original Films and Sony Pictures Entertainment. Joaquin Phoenix, who previously worked with Scott in Gladiator, plays the titular role.

Vanessa Kirby (The World To Come, The Crown) co-stars in Napoleon as the ruler’s wife Josephine. David Scarpa, the screenwriter behind Ridley Scott’s All The Money in the World, is Napoleon’s screenwriter. The movie “captures Napoleon’s famous battles, relentless ambition and astounding strategic mind as an extraordinary military leader and war visionary.

Phoenix is also a producer in the highly anticipated picture. Scott’s last feature directing efforts came in 2021 with the release of The Last Duel and House of Gucci.
