Based on Conor Stechshulte’s graphic novel Generous Bosom, Ultrasound centers on a group of seemingly disparate individuals (Vincent Kartheiser, Chelsea Lopez, Bob Stephenson, Breeda Wool) who are linked via a shady medical research facility. Every single plot point in Ultrasound is turned on its head once the riveting third act kicks in, and you will either be on board with the sheer madness/ingenuity like me or be frustrated beyond belief.
